Q: WHAT IS GREEN BOX?
A: Green Box is a curated cannabis club that delivers premium cannabis products to your home. We work closely with award-winning Oregon growers, producers, processors, bakers, and extractors to give our members the opportunity to discover premium cannabis products. Green Box is also proud to be a 100% local, veteran, gay, and black-owned business.
Q: HOW DOES GREEN BOX WORK?
A: Simply sign up, customize your box, and enjoy.
Q: CAN I PLACE A ONE-TIME ORDER?
A: Yes! If you’d like to try out Green Box without becoming a member or want to buy a single box as a gift for someone else, you can! We also offer a la carte on-demand delivery.
Q: WHAT’S INSIDE A GREEN BOX?
A: Each Green Box is unique and customized to your tastes. Depending on your preferences you can expect a variety of premium cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, extracts, topicals and/or tinctures.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?
A: All you need is a valid, government-issued I.D. and an address within the City of Portland.
Q: CAN I JOIN IF I’M A RESIDENT OF ANOTHER STATE?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, we can not ship any products out of state but if you have a relative or friend who lives in Portland and is over the age of 21, we can deliver to them.
Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL?
A: You can cancel your membership within your member profile, or just send us an email.
Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR DELIVERY?
A: THERE IS A $50 (post-tax) MINIMUM.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: For orders under $100 there is $5 delivery fee. There is no delivery fee for orders over $100.
Q: WHERE DOES GREEN BOX DELIVER?
A: We can only deliver within Portland city limits. We verify City of Portland ZIP codes before we process your order to prevent any mistakes. A list of serviceable zip codes can be found here.
Q: CAN YOU DELIVER GREEN BOX TO MY OFFICE OR JOB?
A: No! Oregon state law requires that we deliver only to a “residence,” which means a dwelling such as a house or an apartment.
Q: HOW WILL MY GREEN BOX BE DELIVERED?
A: Every Green Box is delivered by our certified drivers right to your doorstep. Simply choose a date and time you would like your order delivered at, and then you will receive a text when our driver has left indicating they are on their way. You will then receive an additional text once the driver has arrived. In order to receive your Green Box, you must present a valid ID and sign for the delivery.
Q: DO I HAVE TO TIP THE DRIVER?
A: While we don’t require it, we certainly do appreciate it!
Q: CAN YOU DELIVER WHEN I’M NOT HOME?
A: No! Unfortunately, you must be home in order to receive your delivery. This ensures that we can verify you are above 21 years old and so you can sign for your delivery.
BILLING & PAYMENT
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS?
A: Yes we accept all major credit cards.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
A: Yes we accept cash on delivery. Please note our drivers only carry $20 in small bills.
Q: HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
A: You will be billed when you sign up and receive the current month’s box. You will then be billed on the first day of your next renewal month going forward.
